Great inspector - will use again
Ditanye was a very helpful inspector. In addition to providing a detailed report, he took the time to walk me through the issues he discovered on the property. He was also available to respond to follow up questions which I very much appreciated. He has a pleasant, helpful demeanor and I strongly recommend him as a home inspector.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this thoughtful review! I'm truly glad I could help walk you through the inspection findings in detail. It's important to me that clients fully understand any issues discovered so they can make informed decisions about their property. I aim to be accessible for follow-up questions since I know how many questions can come up during the home buying process. Really appreciate your recommendation and thank you again for choosing me as your inspector!
