Works great, easy’ to use controls

After a bit of research online, I decided that an electric eye mask would suit me best. I found the Wizard Research Dry Eye Mask at dryeyerescue.com. The website was easy to use and informative. The purchase was easy and follow-up emails notified me of the shipping status. The product arrived May 6, a bit earlier than expected. I've been using the mask twice daily since then and am very happy. It fits well and the lowest heat setting is comfortably hot (haven't tried higher temps). The timer beep is a tad quiet, but maybe so as not disturb a sleep partner. The timer does turn off the mask and the cool-down is gradual. Overall it's a very relaxing process and would be great for people who catnap, whether or not they have dry eyes. My doctor told me to expect noticeable improvement only after several months of using the mask, but it seems there has been some improvement in the past 2+ weeks. I'll try to remember to update my review in later in 2023.

New ordering instructions for Regenereyes were not clear when using website. It took 3 email attempts to get an answer as to why my order wasnt fulfilled.
