Dr Well platform
The DrWell platform itself was easy to use, but my experience after placing an order was very disappointing. I live in Arizona and received a shipment of temperature-controlled medication after five days in transit with only one ice pack. When I opened the package, it was actually hotter inside the insulated container than it was inside my house. After using the medication, it did not appear to work. I contacted customer service requesting additional ice packs for future shipments and asking for information supporting their claim that the medication remains effective even after exposure to temperatures as high as 120-220°F. I was told they have no control over how shipments are packed and was assured the medication was still effective. I then sent follow-up questions requesting the scientific data supporting those claims. More than a week later, I still have not received a response. For a medication that costs approximately $250 per month out of pocket and requires temperature control, I expected better shipping practices, customer service, and transparency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

We appreciate you noting that the DrWell platform itself was easy to use — that’s the portion of the experience we directly control and work hard to optimize. The medication itself, shipping timelines, and packaging are handled by the licensed pharmacy, so while we’d love to be in the ice-pack business too, that part is outside our control.
