I did not receive my order placed on 9/8. I have emailed several times along with leaving voicemail messages and no one has responded. I will be doing a charge back with my credit card company.

No response to emails to customer service. It's been over two weeks and I cannot get an update on when my order will be shipped.

ordered 4/28 - supposed to receive 3-5 days. It is 5/5/26 and no order or response from email.
