I had problems with my email and my orders. Good thing Joseph from customer care helped me a ton. Actually understanding the problem and fixing it. I don't know about the other people's experience here are but Drop in my opinion has good customer care.

I have bought several keyboard kits and a couple have run into issues over the years. My latest is a preonic that I LOVE but it was obviously starting to fail. I checked in with support and told them what was happening. They decided to cover the issue and send me a pcb so I could get it going again. I did not want to use one of my older offset keyboards if I could help it so being able to make mine usable again is awesome. I have had overwhelmingly good experiences with drop and tell folks about it often.

Had a problem with my headphone cables,they delivered quick and accurate solution, im happy.

My youngest sons wedding prompted a suit purchase from this company and now the suits been delivered I can say I'm very well satisfied with the resulting suit. Being essentially an on-line purchase I was a little concerned about doing so, especially as the suit is bespoke according to the measurements I'd have to supply. The online guide however is very good and comprehensive and though I was measured up alternatively by a local tailor I did revert back to measuring myself using the guide which proved all that was necessary. Jonathan the company representative (& proprietor?) was extremely helpful throughout the purchase process and quick to respond and offer advice, which was reassuring. For someone like me who buys his suits from M&S or Next off the peg this was a new experience but worthwhile and the suit is well fitting and nicely made with certain custom features you won't find off the peg! In all highly recommended and with excellent customer service!

Ordered some Planck kits from them and everything was great. Just wish there was a way to avoid the pricey european custom taxes:)

Have always had good results with Drop. Have purchased multiple items through the company and have not had any issues. Shipping has always been good.
