I purchased a rather large and heavy headphone DAC/AMP that had background noise high enough to be heard even with music playing. I contacted customer support to request a replacement vacuum tube that I believed was causing the noise. No separate tubes were available but the customer rep offered to replace the entire unit with no prompting from me. The whole thing was handled in a very professional manner and now I have a fully functional device that I am very happy with.

Great customer service! Had some issues with one of the products I recieved, but it was quickly resolved. Will buy from them again.
