Droners.ioReviews of droners.io

Quick, professional, totally solid. Exactly what we wanted.

Jonathan the pilot was great. Prompt, knowledgeable, produced high quality photos, and quick turnaround.

You bid on a job that is worth twicw the anmount and get low balled by somw Pilot that will fly for almost nothing. this site is crazy, to much invested. A job 30 miles away if not more for $90 a photo shoot plus editing, and dont forget the 4 sale sign they want you to purchase and place at the property.

What can I say about Droners.io, nothing good. The price point for jobs are not worth it. I do not believe some bids are real, when bids show people bidding 0, or 25$, on a job. There is a 100% issue. Get hired, then get ghosted.

Droners is always are go to for photography out at our listings. Whether it be local or out of state. The photos are high quality and never have any issues with the final product we recieve. Customer service is top notch.

I have been using this site for odd-jobs for about a year and a half. You will get paid about 1/3 of what the job is actually worth 99% of the time, but it is good for new pilots to get practice. However, they do not hold the client payment in escrow and I just had a client flake on me for payment and Droners has made no effort to make this right. Expect nothing from them, they will not help you. Do the work at your own risk. Ask for deposits, that was my mistake. I don’t know why they can take deposits, but the can’t hold payment in escrow. They just charge the clients card once you mark the job as complete. Sloppy enterprise. They sent me a couple emails saying they’re ’working on a solution’ and then went radio silent. I don’t do free work, but apparently through Droners.io…I do….

I’ve used Droners for the last year and have done around 20 projects with them. Their quality of photos are second to none but what I really love is their communication. From start to finish, we have updates of the progress as well as timelines being met. The portal is easy to hire pilots on and the website is basic in the best way to make easy to use. I really was happy with the last order of photos that I ordered with their quality control. Droners emailed me the photos would be a day later than they anticipated due to the quality of the first round of photos did not meet their expectations. They told me this a few days before the deadline and I’m just happy with the company being so caring about quality control vs just filling an order. I will continue to use Droners for my flips as well as ordering photos for my realtor company.

As a heavy user of Droners for the past 6 years, I’ve been extremely impressed with how far the platform has come. Throughout that time, Droners has consistently connected me with high-quality, vetted drone pilots almost anywhere I’ve needed coverage. The platform is incredibly easy to use, and project bids start coming in almost immediately after posting a job and reaching out to pilots. One of the biggest improvements has come under the new ownership. Since taking over, they’ve rolled out meaningful updates that have significantly enhanced the user experience across the board. What stands out most is the support team. They are highly responsive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, quick to resolve issues and answer questions. It’s clear that customer experience is a priority. I truly believe Droners is heading in the right direction. The recent improvements, combined with the new ownership’s management approach and outstanding support team, have only strengthened my confidence in and reliance on Droners.io for hiring drone pilots.
