The mattress is too hard.

The process from ordering to delivery and set up was very easy. Customer service was very responsive and answered questions quickly. There was not a chemical smell when unwrapping the mattress post delivery. So far, been sleeping on it for a week and it has been great. Would recommend this mattress.

Mattress is very comfortable. A nice blend of support and comfort. The foam smells pretty strong for a while, so be prepared. It was shipped very conveniently- easy to unpack and set up.

I ordered based on the ranking and reported low firmness by Consumer Reports. I was disappointed to learn when I contacted Dromma that they discontinued their low and high firmness models and only sold a medium firmness now. I wanted low firmness. The Dromma person with whom I spoke said that the new firmness model was suitable for all people. I ordered it and am sad to report it is way too firm for our liking. We are side sleepers and it is too firm to allow comfortable side sleep. We will be taking advantage of their sleep trial and will be getting our money back.

Perfect fit!

Easy purchase & delivery. Easy to open (queen size) & set up. Bed is soft, but not too soft. I was told that it is a 6.5 - I would prefer a 7.5 - but this is still good. Overall, happy with the purchase.

Have only had it for three weeks. So far very pleased. Don't know if this is adequate time for a true evaluation.
