Not bad, little soft for me as I am not small 240, edges could be a little more firm

This is one of the most comfortable beds I've owned. We couldn't decide between Firm or Soft, so we went with Firm thinking it would be easier to make it softer rather than harder. The bed is quite hard, but we added a 4inch eggcrate topper and it is heaven!

The mattress is super comfy. Ordering and shipping process was great. I do feel that it retains heat sometimes. Otherwise, awesome.

The pain in both shoulders proved a real challenge to buying a mattress. I purchased the softer version because I'm USUALLY a side sleeper and I wasn't sleeping AT ALL. Enter Dromma. Instead of waking up every 10 minutes (no exaggeration), I was able to get anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half at a time. BIG IMPROVEMENT. Then, shoulder surgery and rehab (I was always active and athletic, but no sleep makes that impossible). Over time, 4 months actually, everything has come together. I thought I might need the firmer version to sleep on my back more, but as my body continued to heal, it became apparent that the softer bed wouldn't be an issue. I give it half a turn, clockwise, once a month to keep it fresh. I can sleep on my side for hours at a time. And sleep is the bottom line. Overall, zero complaints!
