Dr. Melaxin calcium balm : False advertising does not reduce wrinkles just sits on top of the skin poor product and very little of it

It’s been almost a month and I still don’t have my order. I’ve tried reaching out and no answer. I will be disputing the charge and reporting to the BBB.

I ordered from tik tok shop and the items came in a few days of ordering. Whether they work i will have to see, I cant really say 5 stars unless they do the job ,so we'll see .

Places an order on 17th April , had no confirmation or correspondence. Emailed them 3 times and no reply. Absolutely shocking

Received my order but I'm not at all satisfied with product. It left my eyesbags even more wrinkled and very tight plus left a white residue. I would like to get my money back but I can't see that happening 😕 as I have sent an email with no response

I would like to give 0 stars I’ve ordered over £60 of products on the 11th of April I sent at least 3 emails and still awaiting a response, I still trying to work out if it’s a scam or just terrible customer service. Looks like I will be reporting the transaction to my credit card

I bought this product few months ago go took forever for it to arrive then they send all their expired items to me. Tried to get hold of them none of their email work. They are scam as company

An absolute con as far as I can tell. Ordered what was advertised as duo products, only to receive one item! The item is claimed to improve facial skin lines....it seems like vaseline in a stick. A total waste of money and their customer relations seem non existent, with no regard to how they are taking peoples money. Don't waste your time and money!
