Best customer service and support. The Hills Driving School LLC. Los Angeles, CA

We are overall 3 years using Driving School Software services. The software is covering all our driving school needs, clients going all digital that saves a lot of time and giving opportunity to deal with business development rather paper hassle. You have here everything you will need: full client management software, marketing and financial reports. Specially want to mention about fast service when you need tech/problem/task support from team. Highly recommended.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Kendra Wheeler and her exceptional support in helping me navigate and understand the comprehensive features of Driving School Software. Kendra not only catered to my schedule and business needs but also played a key role in streamlining our operations to better serve both our customers and employees. Her responsiveness and dedication, particularly when my secretary and I encountered challenges, were truly impressive. Thanks to her swift assistance, we were able to resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth business operations. I cannot overstate the impact that Driving School Software, combined with Kendra’s expertise, has had on our business growth. We look forward to continuing our partnership and highly recommend both Kendra and the software to anyone looking to enhance their business processes.

DSS employees are very friendly and helpful. Always quick to respond. This software meets all of our needs. Been with them since 2009 and they get better everyday. Don't know how I would do business without them.

Software has some solid features but when there is a problem or you need a minor alteration to an existing report it takes 6 months or longer to have it resolved. overall, customer service is very mediocre.

Great service experience excellent performance easy to follow and understand

The people at DSS, especially the development team, and the Customer Service team are hands-down the best in the business they go above and beyond for all of their clients and their clients. If I can, I would great job people keep up the good work.
