We love the idea behind Trade! It’s a fun way to try different coffees, and there are lots of options. Our first bag was a little too light for our taste, but their customer service was great—they helped us get set up with roasts that better fit what we like. We’ve really enjoyed the coffee since! It’s a little pricey, but the variety and personal service have made it a great experience overall.

Good selection, responsive customer support, easy interface. Best subscription model in my opinion!

I enjoy having different varieties of coffees. Trade does a great job helping you select your personalized coffees just for you! And if you see something else that strikes your fancy, you can substitute to for another coffee. Love getting different coffees weekly or monthly your choice!

Trade offers a wide variety of selected coffee beans, based on drinking preferences, from roasters across the country. Subscribing is easy. The coffee quality is very good and the deliveries are usually on time. Packaging could be more environmentally friendly, though.

I love having fresh roasted coffee delivered to my house. That said, i live in Alaska and shipping takes a while sometimes. I’m on the bag per 10 days plan, and I’ve had 3 bags of coffee in the mail before, and they all came almost at once. I know this is a USPS issue and not a trade issue, but that’s my only glitch.

Trade coffee offers a wide variety of coffees from many different independent roasters. I use a French press coffee maker, so need a coarse grind. I had some problems getting coarse, so just switched to getting whole bean coffee that I grind myself. Trade's customer service area is very responsive.
