Very convenient service with Kind, Knowledgeable and Patient Physicians. One time, my consultation had audio issues and I was cut off. But Dr Raja rescheduled my appointment for an hour later. Very thoughtful and helpful. Thankful for this App and Service.

Dr. Mohammed was very kind, professional, and compassionate. My son and daughter weren’t feeling well, and he took the time to listen to our concerns, explain everything clearly, and make them feel comfortable during their visit. We truly appreciated his patience and caring bedside manner. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mohammed to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician.

Terrible customer service! Expressed a very upsetting experience with a bizarre physician who only lectured on irrelevant issues & offered no advice or instructions on what to do next. Customer service was probably AI and had a generic “Follow your doctor’s advice” response.. so nothing thanks. If you get a good doctor, I’m sure it’s a great experience. The convenience and quick availability of appointments was a plus but you never know the quality of doctor you’re getting. Definitely quick to take my money
