The painting was absolutely beautiful and my wife loved it

This group put together a beautiful painting. And they communicated with me every step of the way to ensure that it was going to look how I wanted it to.

It takes time to get it all right, especially when you have 5 people in the painting and are using multiple pictures to put it all together. But the end result is amazing! My Father-in-law has been gone for 11 years. My kids and I never knew him, but we were able to create a portrait of Grandma and Grandpa with our kids. I received lots of comments on how every detail was captured perfectly: their eyes, their smiles, and they were full of life. There wasn't a dry eye in the house when the painting was unwrapped. The only this is it takes a while with communication as all communication tasked place during the night if you are in the States. So instead of being able to make adjustments or answer questions a few time during the day you would only be able to answer the one email unless you were up the in the middle of the night and happen to see and want to respond to the email at 2am.

Gave it as a gift to my mom and her siblings that was in the photo has died. She absolutely loved it! Artist was great!!

This is by far the best gift to give someone and it’s worth the wait. I ordered a painting back in November knowing it would take time because you have someone taking their time to make something so beautiful for whomever you’re wanting to give it too. The communication from Sophia was great, she kept me up to date on everything. When I received the portrait, I was so happy because it looks identical to the photo I sent them but they made it lighter (pictures from a couple years ago have that dark/low quality). This is an above and beyond type of customer service. Thank You so much!

I ordered a Christmas picture for my wife over a month ago and still waiting for it. Christmas is in 2 days and I can't get them to respond to me and tell me where it is. Very poor customer service
