Shockingly Poor Service and Extremely Unprofessional Experience at DreamShift
I contacted DreamShift in February to start their service and received an invoice for LKR 65,000. Due to a personal reason, I had to postpone the process by one month, which I clearly informed Methsara, who I believe is the founder. When I contacted them again in early March, exactly one month later, to proceed, I was suddenly told that the price had increased to LKR 100,000. This was not only shocking but extremely frustrating, especially since no one communicated any change in advance. What makes this even worse is that their website still advertises the same service for LKR 65,000. Raising the fee by such a huge amount within just one month, without any prior notice, feels misleading and demonstrates a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. As someone originally from Sri Lanka but currently residing in the UK, it is deeply disappointing and frankly upsetting to experience such careless and unprofessional service. This entire experience has left me questioning the company’s reliability, honesty, and commitment to its clients. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Hi Kasun, This is Methsara, the founder of DreamShift. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I'm sorry this situation caused frustration. I would like to clarify an important point for anyone reading this review. At the time of your inquiry, you contacted us regarding our services and received an invoice. Due to personal reasons, you decided to postpone the process and did not proceed with the service. When you later reached out again after about a month, our pricing structure had been updated as part of our transition to primarily supporting clients targeting the Australian job market. Since the service had not yet started, the updated pricing applied at that time. It is also important to clarify that no payment was made and no service was delivered in your case. That said, we understand how the pricing change and some outdated pages on our UK/Sri Lanka website could have created confusion, and we sincerely apologise for that. As a growing startup, we continuously work to improve our communication and ensure that all website information remains fully updated. We genuinely appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve our processes. We wish you nothing but the best with your career journey. Methsara Founder, DreamShift
