Dream Second Home is what nearly three decades of real estate work has been building toward. Across all those years, Dmitriy Selektor watched the same pattern repeat across international markets: reputable developers buried in directories of questionable ones, buyers unable to tell the difference, and platforms incentivized to keep it that way. The work the platform represents (vetting developers, evaluating projects, introducing qualified buyers) isn't new. It's what a career in international real estate has been doing all along, just done deliberately and at scale. Vetted first. Listed second. Every time. The international real estate market is broken in a specific way. Platforms list everything, take a finder's fee from the developer, and leave due diligence to the buyer. That works for someone who can fly to inspect, speak the language, and verify a developer's track record from their own desk. International buyers almost never can.The real value is not in the listings. It is in the filter. A short list of vetted developers is more useful than a long list of unverified ones, and saves more than any price discount. We vet developers first, then introduce buyers to them. Every developer on the platform has cleared our standard. The rest of the site is the proof. Browse the destinations. Read how we vet. Then tell us what you want to accomplish.
