I order per insyructions on delivery date and it did not arrive until after my niece's birthday and Christmas.

Didn’t receive my whole order. I just received the curtain.

Update: I was contacted by the company, but not to help fix the problem or offer good customer service. It was for me to leave a 4 or 5 star review, if the give me $40 (30% of what i paid). That ticked me off. This wasn't a bad experience in a restaurant, it was a gift for my child, that I was excited about, and completely let down. I would have adjusted my rating had I received a genuine email wanting to help. That would have been based on customer service at that point. But, that didn't happen, only tried to buy a rating. When the product you ordered and spent a whole lot more money on, does not arrive in the time frame promised, that's bad business. It sat in NY for nearly 2 weeks before actually shipping to me. And, you do not get any form of update that your product won't arrive in time. Doesn't make it better that my kid didn't like the rug and it's now folded and sitting. I've no idea what to do with it. I can't even return it. That ticks me off more. The quality is not good. It feels like a kitchen memory foam mat that you put in front of your sink, but thinner. My review would be better if the company actually excepted returns when their product did not meet expectations, and stood by their product. Can't even resell it for anything close to what I paid. Read the fine print on everything before purchasing and read the negative reviews. I swear the positive ones were not real.

SENT THE WRONG SIZE

I ordered a Wizard of Oz quilt 11-27-23. It was still in New York December 7. The company answered my emails by telling me it had been shipped. The date for delivery changed multiple times. It actually arrived in my town today, 12-28-23, but since the address was ‘incomplete’ , the post office returned it to Dreamrooma!!! So after a month, I still don’t have the quilt, and am out $85.99!!! Terrible customer service! The phone number listed doesn’t work so calling or texting the company is not possible. I’m waiting to hear back from the company now hopefully with news that they will rush an order through to me…..probably wishful thinking!! I will never order from this company and wish I had seen these reviews of the company before I ordered. Has anyone ever gotten their money back from them??

Ordered a quilt for my nephew for Christmas back in November. Been told for a month it left a shipping facility in New York. Biggest scam in this country. Will never order from this company again. Horrible people. Do not recommend buying from these con artists. I want my money back.
