Costumer service was very helpful and responded quickly when I was having difficulties shipping an item back. They gave me multiple options I can do to return, which I liked, and a percentage off my next purchase due to the mishap.

Dream Pairs probably has the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life! 😊 I was looking for shoes for a wedding and ended up ordering the wrong size twice! With the first pair, I hadn't created an account, so I emailed customer service. They got right back to me and sent me a return label with no hassle at all. For the second pair, I had an account, so I simply logged in, clicked return, and they sent me a return label. The entire process couldn't have gone any smoother! Even though it was completely my fault for ordering the wrong sizes, they still gave me a promo code for a discount on my next order, which I will definitely be using soon! Dream Pairs truly goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! You don't see that kind of service very often these days, so I was extremely impressed. They definitely know how to take care of their customers, and I will absolutely be ordering from them again in the near future! 😊 Thank you, Dream Pairs, for making what could have been a frustrating experience so easy and stress-free!
