Agent not as responsive as I would…
Agent not as responsive as i would like. Agent did not inform me of all discounts available. I am still waiting for agent to compare this trip with other cruise lines. Agent constantly brags about being a professional but yet continues to stumble. i am a world traveler and I have worked with many travel agents. This has not been one of the better experiences.
