I had pain, I had weight that wouldn't budge and I was an uncontrolled diabetic. My blood sugar dropped over 100 points within 3 days, my pain is so much less, and that belly I couldn't budge is way smaller and I've released just over 20 pounds. My experience has been so worth the investment! That scared me at first because I am on a fixed income, but I'd do it all over again!

Before CHA, I struggled with fatigue, poor sleep, chronic cough, acid reflux, etc. My husband struggled with gastrointestinal issues, especially constant nausea. In the past 4 months, I have seen increased energy, better sleep, and the cough and reflux have all but disappeared. My husband has finally felt relief from the nausea that was making him miserable, and as a bonus, lost 20+ lbs! The program is an investment and a commitment, but I feel like it has definitely been worth it, and if I had to make the decision all over again, I would do it in a heartbeat! If you are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, and you are ready to change your life, this program and the support that comes with it will help get you there, and the great members of the staff and community will walk with you every step of the way!

Before CHA I had weight that would not drop, I could sleep for 12 hours and still feel exhausted and need an afternoon nap, my hands and knees were stiff and would not bend, and the brain fog was debilitating. Within a month of being on the program I could sleep for 8 hours, wake without joint stiffness, make it thru the entire day without a nap and remember things. The weight started coming off without being hungry. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to feel their best. Without considering any of the weight that I have lost, I feel amazing. My skin is smooth, I can climb stairs and get down on the ground with the grandbabies, I can hold my quilting needle and I can think clearly and remember things. The weight loss was definitely a bonus, but even without that, there is a difference in how I FEEL!

I am so happy I found Dr. Cole's program. I was struggling with some weight issues due to stress eating during the lockdown and I couldn't seem to break my cycle. I learned so much about mindset and actually how to eat better and take care of my body. I stopped eating inflammatory foods and noticed a huge difference. The weight practically fell off effortlessly once my cells started working better. I had a pretty high toxicity score and it was great to finally see some changes. I feel so much better and have my energy back. Love the team of coaches that provided support for me!

I wanted a program that addresed my Mind, Body and Spirit. I had symptoms of brain fog, no energy and i needed to lose weight. I was pretty much lifeless. Since doing the program some of my brain fog has lifted and I lost 10 pounds and have recovered some of my taste buds. The investment has been well worth the money spent on this program and I am very hopeful that the progress will continue. I believe that how much time you actually work the program will determine how fast you progress.

Before CHA I was battling obesity, major inflammation all over my body, pain in all my joints, tremendous brain fog and fatigue all day long. During CHA I first noticed inflammation decreasing and within the first week and a half I had lost 5 pounds and some of the pain I was experiencing was so much less! After the first month I had lost almost 20 pounds and I was doing things I hadn’t felt like doing in years! I had more energy that I have had since I was in my teens. Even my skin and hair was looking healthier. After 4 months on the program and losing 41 pounds and down 4 dress sizes, I am healthy from the inside out!! I know CHA is very expensive but I’m telling you it was absolutely worth every single penny it cost. As we all know, you can’t put a price tag on your health!!
