Fast and trustworthy

Drbrainrx has given me the opportunity to lose weight and return to a healthier, thinner and energetic version of myself. They have advised me about which medication to start with, when to change dosage, when to try a different medication, how to alter days in between doses. They have a lot of experience with most of the related issues—no matter how small. When I had an issue with delivery of medication they displayed the best customer service I could have expected. I sometimes wish that I knew what credentials the “medical team” has—beside Dr Sarah. And I wish there weren’t so many automatic, impersonal, computer responses that don’t really speak to what I asked However, in the end they have offered me a legitimate, safe, medical service in a format that makes it accessible to so many.

Great customer service. Even when I thought my vial didnt make it they kept getting back with me. Eventually found my purchase in the house that my husband out up .lol
