Overall, my experience with Dr. B was excellent. I had an issue logging in to the site so I reached out to Customer Support and they were able to help me right away. I definitely appreciated the quick response from them. I then had previously signed up for a different account and then the IT/site Support was able to quickly merge my two files together and it was Very simple I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get Beyond that process. Once seen by the healthcare provider, I thought it was a very quick turnaround for the time From the time I interacted with the bot on the website Anabiotic I needed for a sinus infection was called into the pharmacy, which I believe was under two hours. The provider then followed up with me a few days after the Initial appointment although I didn’t Need anything Additional, I did appreciate that. The cost of the service is absolutely an amazing value! The customer service that the company provides is top notch And deserves more than five stars! Thank you!

Flat $15 fee for prescription refill. The competitors are way more than that, most make you sign up for a yearly subscription. Excellent communications throughout the whole process. Refilled quickly after submission and verification. Highly recommended.

I love Dr B! Wasn’t able to get into the Dr, for my UTI and found them online. Filled out my questionnaire and paid my $15 fee and it was approved by a Dr within minutes. Had my medication filled at my local pharmacy within a couple hours. Will definitely use again.
