Hi Debbie, We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're not feeling well and are hoping to receive treatment. Our medical providers make prescribing decisions based on their clinical judgment and what they believe is safe and appropriate for each patient's specific situation. This means that a requested medication, including antibiotics, may not always be prescribed if it isn't considered medically appropriate. Our consultation fee covers the provider's time and comprehensive medical review of your symptoms, regardless of the outcome. We value your feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to review your experience further. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can look into your case and address any concerns you may have. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience Sincerely, The Dr. B Support Team

Hi Joseph, We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our standard consultation fee is $15; however, in certain cases, additional medical review or a live video consultation with a provider may be required based on clinical needs. When a video consultation is necessary, a different consultation fee may apply. We understand that pricing and follow-up care expectations can be confusing, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're continually working to improve how we communicate treatment requirements, consultation fees, and refill processes so patients know what to expect throughout their care journey. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience Sincerely, The Dr. B Support Team

Hi Jason, We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused. Our system may temporarily lock accounts after multiple changes to medical history responses as a security precaution, but we understand how frustrating this experience was. That is definitely not the experience we want for our patients. We also apologize for the delay in support communication. Our support team operates Monday–Sunday, 8AM–8PM ET. We do send a confirmation email once an account has been unlocked, but we’d like to make sure we received your request and help resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
