These guys were awesome...they were right to the point and helped me with everything I needed to do step by step and when I got lazy and slacked they were right on top of me to make sure everything was getting done and gave me more than enough time to do so.

BEWARE BEWARE! of this company. They are a small operation that misleads and lies to you about their services. I was lied and misled into signing an agreement that was never needed. I could have walked away but they told me I had to settle or I would be in trouble. I only talked to the "lawyer" one time on the phone who was very rude and arrogant. They are very unprofessional. They will cuss on the telephone and tell you information that is not true. BEWARE and consult a real lawyer before talking with this company. They are only in for the money and do not care if the advice is right or wrong.

Response from The Law Offices of Kenneth H Dramer PC· Sep 27, 2023
Cavan, Mr. Dramer has been a 'real attorney' since 1993, and we have helped thousands of individuals and business owners. You claimed after making only one payment on your MCA that your business immediately, experienced hardship due to "an automotive product that turned out to be bad, which forced you to close your business". To claim you could have walked away when you signed a personal guarantee doesn't make any sense. Why did you call us for help when your funder sent your case to their attorney's office and was about to sue you? Why wouldn't you just walk away? They sent your case to their attorney since you were labeled a "strategic defaulter" for only making 1 payment and then refusing them access to your bank statement, when it was a requirement of your funding agreement (as we pointed out to you). Not showing the statement was a breach of your funding agreement and, that is why they were coming after you personally after claiming your business was closed. We understand the actual reason you didn't want them to see your bank account was that you transferred the money to your personal cryptocurrency account (also a breach of your agreement), so we still took your case on and helped you. WE RESOLVED YOUR CASE WITHIN YOUR STATED BUDGET AND SAVED YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! We spread our success fee out for you and you continued to pay for many months after we were successfully negotiated. You didn't have a single complaint about our services the whole time! It seems only when you lost the money you invested in cryptocurrency that you decided to claim we didn't do a good job for you and asked us for a refund. Are you posting this review since we didn't give you a refund? We spent hours and hours of time on your case! We helped you! We saved you money! We got you a great deal! This is how you repay us! Hopefully, anyone reading your review will see through your attempt to discredit us and realize - no one would have ever made you happy! Best of luck sir.
This is the best Law Firm you will ever work with . They are friendly , responsive and most importantly they get the job done . Michael S. Over at the firm is wonderful .. just enough space on this review to thank him for all he has done for me . I was in a tough situation and he got me out of it . My 5 star review is not because i have ties with this Law firm but to thank them for all of their help . Use this firm and afterwards , you will be writing 5 stars reviews about them yourselves !

The Law Offices of Kenneth H Dramer PC did an outstanding job of getting our Hilton Grand Vacation timeshare canceled. There were plenty of offers to "try" and get it canceled from other outfits. Those outfits also wanted a substantial fee upfront with NO guarantee. The Law Offices of Kenneth H Dramer PC had no charge until we were canceled and the fee was smaller than the upfront competition.

Highly recommended. We worked with Michael Sininsky and Kenneth Dramer throughout the pandemic, and they were pivotal in navigating uncharted waters for our restaurant chain. There are a lot of sharks in this industry, , but the Law Offices of Kenneth Dramer are the opposite. Hiring Michael and Kenneth was one of the most important decisions in our firms history. They are simply the best.

This is the only law firm that would help me get out of a timeshare that was unknowingly racking up many years worth of fees and telling me I would have to pay very large amounts of money to get out of the situation. Dramer Law dealt not only with the timeshare, but also the collections company that wanted a separate large amount of money. Mr. Sinisky got those collection fees dramatically reduced and he got me totally out of the contract with the timeshare. The fees from Dramer Law were very reasonable considering the amount of money that they saved me. I would much rather pay them over the timeshare company that was basically trying to rob me. I highly recommend Dramer Law if you are stuck in a timeshare and don’t know what to do. It does take time from start to finish, so be patient and let them do the work for you!

Michael Sininsky and Dramer Law helped my business' financial issues in such a short period of time. Mike provided an excellent service since day one and he responded to any of my concerns quickly less than 24 hours. Their fees are excellent and you can't compare to anywhere else. Mike was always there to answers any of my questions and they really commit in what they do. I highly recommend Dramer Law to any business owners! I really appreciate all your help.
