I ordered a pillow nearly two weeks ago and paid $20 for shipping. I’ve had no update since and the order says it’s still processing. Wondering if the site is a scam

I ordered 2 luxury pillows and cases back on May 23rd 2026 for over $140. I have gotten no updates when shipping. No responses to phone calls or email. At this point, i'm considering reaching out to paypal.For a refund. What would really like the product. We experienced the product back in may at a Sheraton Hotel and i decided to buy the pillows directly from downlite but now have concerns.

My daughter and I discovered Bedding by Downlite, when we visited an Atlanta Hotel in 2023. I think we both had the BEST NIGHTS SLEEP, we had, had in years. I immediately purchased products when I returned home. I am a repeat customer, because I just purchased 2 more bed pillows. The pillows are expertly sewn and have the perfect amount of loft and support. After, just 2 nights, the crick in my neck, is gone. Downlite, you have a Customer for life. Thank you!
