Doug is my trainer, I lost 27lbs. Its just not the gym work out. Its the food we eat. Doug put me on a gram healthy diet, a work out program at home. The gym work out was hard but your body gets trained to it. The work out at home and a healthy diet, is the consistency part. He will make sure you stick to it. I love it n him too.

Doug is an excellent personal trainer! Very knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive to my goals. He makes each workout challenging but manageable, and I’ve appreciated his support and motivation along the way, which led me to finally hitting my 315 bench press PR goal! I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who genuinely cares about helping clients make progress.

No matter what your fitness goals are, Doug does his best to accommodate your requests and provide the support you need, including personalized meal plans. His dedication and willingness to help make the fitness journey a positive and motivating experience. Highly recommend!
