I had some delivery issues with my order, but Dossier’s customer service handled the situation professionally. They listened to my concerns, processed the refund as requested, and the money arrived very quickly. I really appreciated their helpful and respectful response.

Dossier in the EU and UK is my area of 'expertise'. I LOVE the scents and often buy as gifts for friends and also myself and my husband. The prices cannot be beaten and the quality of all the (many) scents that I have bought are excellent. The issue I have is to resist buying more........They last ages, even when used multiple times a day. One of my surprise favourites is IT Factor. It is superb. Top marks in all ways Dossier.

The customer service is incredible, they reply very fast. There was an error with my return label and i emailed them, they tried to fix it but it wouldn’t work. They helped come up with a solution and i am very satisfied and grateful,they are truly incredible!!! will definitely repurchase from them

The best customer service ever! The courier "lost" my order it was stuck on processing for over 30 days. To which I contacted them they never got back of course. So I contacted Dosseir and let me just say there customer service is the best I've ever personally experienced. Got a response from an actual human not a automated email within 10 minutes and the team helped me straight away re order everything for me whilst being extremely apologetic. So kudos to the whole of Dosseir and will certainly be buying off them again.

I've been a loyal fragrances customer with Dossier since 2022. I've purchased over 30+ fragrances from them and I've saved so much money, I mean you can buy 4-5 different fragrances at a time for what you might pay for one designer fragrance. I have enjoyed most every fragrance as they smell extremely close if not exactly like the fragrances they dupe. Exchanges are so simple and the GIVE Back Box program is a blessing to those less fortunate. Communication, customer service and responses via email are quick and clear. The sales are frequent and fun as I can try even fragrances I've never heard of without concern. I am a fan for life!! Thanks Dossier for making me smell absolutely fabulous every day! Most people are none the wiser and I really get a kick out of introducing others to your brand and the savings therein. Love my Dossier!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. They helped me very quickly and efficiently. On an unrelated note, I love Dossier products! I get so many compliments when I wear their products.
