I have been ordering from Dossier for over a year now and have ordered around 50 bottles maybe more. I love the brand and the customer service experience when returning is great. The customer service in general is actually fantastic. In a recent order on of the bottles leaked and I contacted dossier and received a reply and resolution immediately. Like I get a reply to my emails within minutes.

There was an issue with the delivery of my package where it got returned to sender. Customer service was so helpful and quick to respond; a new package was shipped within a day!

There was an issue with my first purchase through dossier where my package said it was delivered but I never received it. I contacted the dossier team and they were so responsive and helpful and were able to get another package to shipped to me very fast. Their customer service was fantastic and I'm so excited to try out my perfume!

What first drew me to try Dossier was one day my housemate walked by me and in a moment i will never forget, I asked her, what perfume are you wearing??? And she confirmed my belief that it was Coco Chanel Mademoiselle, which i have loved and wanted since my mom wore it when i was a child. Moments later, my housemate told me that it wasn't *technically* that, and showed me the bottle. I ordered woody oakmoss almost immediately and i remain floored at how the scent is a dead ringer for the designer version. I ran out quite a while ago and finally got around to ordering again, plus some new scents i was interested in. My order arrived in good time and in perfect condition, but i wasn't as much of a fan of one scent as I had hoped. Alexandru helped me process a return and made that very easy, the process of contacting a dossier rep was easy, the responses all prompt and welcoming. I asked what to do with my empty bottle and mentioned the one that Lush does with empty jars, and Alexandru let me know they liked my idea and would suggest that to the team! I love the affordability and sustainability, the products and the service of the team are fantastic and have secured me as a loyal follower!

Customer service is superb!! have been getting perfumes from this company for about 3 years now and loved every scent. No problems with shipping or packaging. Scents last longer than the original. Love the product. I literally contacted customer service today with a question and I was contacted right back regarding my specific concern. No robot! A person, my question was answered and the email was polite and well written, Excellent! I felt appreciated as a customer. I recommend them to everyone.

I rarely write reviews, but this brand has amazing customer service! I had some issue with the packaging and when I reached out via email, they didn’t hesitate to send me over a new bottle! I purchased the Tom Ford Lost Cherry dupe and the Dossier scent lasts longer and projects better than the original for a FRACTION of the price. I’m definitely ordering more.
