DossierReviews of dossier.co

The positive reviews on this company were created by Dossier. They have figured out how to steal from people and get away with it. Never received my return refund. Communication with them is frustrating, they do not answer so you need to be persistent. They stop responding when it comes to your money. Do a search for this company and the first page is their paid ads/sponsorship content intended to make one think they have great service and reviews. If you can buy at Walmart I would recommend bc then at least you can address your return or exchange.

I need help with an order I placed and I can’t acted customer services. So speedy and so nice! Really appreciated Robert’s help.

Just had one of the best customer service experiences with a company, in 50+ years of life! Mark, you are awesome. Your patience, explanations, and going that extra step.make sure your customers are satisfied should be part of a training class! I had already been giving high praise to Dossier and its scents, but had seen less than stellar reviews concerning customer service. I will testify that my experience was one that most customers would only dream of! Thank you 🙏🏽, again Mark!

The Dossier support team helped me with my order and responded so fast to my emails. It’s always amazing when the company cares about the customer’s experience and is so adamant about responsiveness. I will be repurchasing again!!!

The best! They have lots of options for different occasions like going out, going to the gym, date night. They're not over powering and the prices are great for spraying around the house. They even have candles now. I get lots of compliments. These are great for gifts and if you're not satisfied you can return it for free. I recommend to friends and family all the time.

I just recieved the perfume I wanted to try however it did not smell good on me. I contacted with Dossier, Andrew was so helpful and got back to me immediately! I have been using so many perfumes from the company and I always get so many compliments. I also bought alot of gifts for my sister from Dossier too. As a perfume nerd, I am glad that this amazing company is providing honest service , affordable price and access to wonderfully smelled perfumes for the consumers. You are the best Dossier!

During my second order with Dossier, I had difficulties with the arrival of my package through USPS, I reached out to them (with the evidence of my lost package) and I have to highlight the outstanding customer service provided from the quick responses to my emails to been able to place an order and ship another package for me on the same day… just amazing! Plus I can not emphasize enough how amazing the fragrances are. I love all of them and I will buy more very soon. I will 100 % recommend this brand and company, for sure!

This is an update in which I downgrade my previous 2-star rating. Driven by the admittedly great products they do "eventually" deliver, I have tried many times to repurchase my favorite fragrances of theirs. But the VERY badly designed and maintained website is also VERY user unfriendly, constantly frustrating attempts to buy their products! And I have been using computers and navigating the internet since 1980, so I'm far from a neophyte in shopping through the internet. Also, their reward programs for repeat customers are practically unable to be utilized. Only through numerous emails back and forth with their customer service email account have I eventually been able to make (fewer than planned) repeat purchases. So, if you have the energy to endure an extremely frustrating website AND less than stellar customer service, you just might be able to buy their very fine products. But put plenty of time aside to save some money!
