I have received my rose today in the mail and it looks like someone tampered with the box to see try and see what was in it. Then when I go to take it out of the box the glass around the Ross is cracked close to the bottom of the case, and there are scratch marks all over the black edges, and dust. Not satisfied with this product!

My boyfriend surprised me with a teddy bear rose and a bouquet of beautiful blue roses they smelled amazing. They packaged it so well too! I love dose of roses and every gift I’ve received from them I definitely will be using them again for more gifts

My Galaxy Enchanted Rose arrived just after Christmas. The packing was thorough and the product looked pristine. However, the lights inside the bell jar don’t work. The batteries are new and there is no visible reason it shouldn’t work. I’ve tried several times to reach customer service over the last few weeks with no response. Nice product, not as advertised, terrible customer service.

Pink roses are my favorite here at dose of roses, the hue is natural and the arrangement is just so pretty. The services are very efficient, too.
