The repair person that came to our site was not professional or courteous. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is not how we operate and we will be taking steps to ensure this does not happen again. Please call me if you have any additional comments. Jon Graves Retail Manager A&A Safe, Lock & Door Co. 770-963-8191
Unfortunately the technician did not clean up after himself and left wood shavings in the carpet from the installation. I feel this is not professional as most contract work includes cleanup after.

Please contact me so I can get more information to address the issue with the responsible technician. Thank you Jon Graves Retail Manager A&A Safe, Lock & Door Co. 404-361-8360
They were very quick to come out and give us an estimate but difficult to deal with after that. They came to install the door but didn’t have the right equipment and had to reschedule. When they did install the door it was not what we expected and trying to get them to come out and give us a new latch has been impossible. It’s so frustrating.
