I recently had a great experience with Donna Bella Hair. I ordered extensions for a client and forgot to do 2 day shipping - I needed it to get here ASAP for a client, so I emailed the company asking if they could update my shipping to 2 days and send me an invoice for the additional charges. They did exactly that so I will get my clients hair on time!

I had purchased a tool for extensions and was not happy with the product. I emailed Danna Bella and to my pleasant surprise they emailed me. They offered to right my situation and were very prompt with a response. I have been using Donna Bella hair extensions for over 10 years and have been very happy with the quality and customer service. I was quite surprised when they offered a solution to my problem. Very prompt and courteous. I previously used and was trained by Hair Dreams. I am very happy with Donna Bella and will continue to recommend their products and services for all my extension clients. Thank you, Marianne Jennings
