Someone called me today from Donkey and I told them I couldn't talk but it kept on trying to ask me questions so I had to hang up on him, and then immediately he texted me and starting to harass me. Totally unacceptable.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Donkey Loans was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I came in as what most lenders would consider an ideal borrower. I have excellent credit and strong income, and from the very beginning I made it very clear that I was only interested in a line of credit with reasonable terms. They assured me they could help with that and encouraged me to move forward with their process. However, very early in the process they collected a large amount of my personal and financial information before presenting any real terms or clear offer. That should have been a red flag. When the offer finally came through, the terms were nothing like what had been discussed. The interest rate was extremely high and the line of credit amount was not what I asked for. The terms looked more like something offered to someone with poor credit or unstable income, which made no sense given my financial profile. Even after that, they kept trying to push me toward an SBA term loan, even though I clearly stated multiple times from the beginning that I was not interested in that type of financing. Overall, the experience felt misleading and like a waste of time. I would strongly recommend verifying everything in writing and being very cautious before sharing personal information or doing business with this company.

Elie Venturi was extremely rude, threatened me for not taking his financial offer despite me telling him multiple times it was an incomplete offer. Unprofessional, disrespectful. I have emails and texts to prove all of it upon request. Edit: Funny you say you don't know who I am, but you certainly didn't deny who your employee is.

TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMERS!! I applied for and was told i was approved for an LOC at a rate of 9%. I wound up locked into a disgusting MCA @ 46% interest - i was told they were depositing 10k as the opening line of credit, which i could pay back after 30 days> yes, 10k was deposited into my account-however the "loan" was for 15k, of which they took 5k off the top-and now take $1,200 a month out of my account for the next 12 months! My LOC @ 9% turned out to generate a loss for me totaling over $15,000!!! DISGUSTING!! When i tried calling them to make it right-the manager "Gil" was a bit harsh-and then just stopped responding at all!!! NO attempt to "make it right", after saying they would- STAY AWAY!!!!

For some reason a lender(NOT SPARK) shopped my businesses info on the UCC. So now I am fighting to to stop these marketing calls from funding brokers and debt consolidators. The first call I got was from Tony (Anthony Cullin) where I told him my predicament and that I am not in the market for funding at the moment, and he informed me on some products that may help me. Me not being a complete A**hole said he could send me his info and I may contact him. The day after I get a cold call from Spark in my caller ID, which I save everyone's number when I warn them them I am currently waiting the 31 days for the Fed DNC list. Told the new guy I am all set and put me on the DNC list, then proceeded to email Tony to let him know his colleague shot his shot and I am all set. Then today...... Spark Capital AGAIN!. If they are this desperate to drum up business, either they are putting the people they lend out of business or these shady marketing procedures are driving people away! Hopefully Spark doesn't get a hold of anyone's info reading this, they will not stop! Next thing is litigation for harassment! His name is Anthony Cullin, he introduced himself as Tony, it should be understood that Tony is commonly used for Anthony, I have every email and call log ready to post. There is no making this better you had ample warning and STILL proceeded to cold call me after this review, spoke to Lorenzo and explained that this is unacceptable, I will give you some sort of merit for not using random number generators like all the other brokers that call me. You had fair warning, didn't rectify the situation and still called. Shows how much disorganization festers in your company.
