Bad business practices, scam company set to just take your money and run

Within a few days of joining I was able yo book a great flight to Miami. Saved me around 100$ The flight times were perfect and exactly thr right airports.

I recently bought an annual membership from Dollar Flight Club about 3 weeks later they tried charging me for an additional annual membership. I would say be very weary about there billing seems very shady .

They just charged my card for 68.77. They said they emailed a warning. I did not see it. On the day they charged my card, I asked for a cancelation and refund. They said that they refused a refund. Crooks! Beware.

Hi Charlie, We're very sorry to hear you had a negative experience. Like many subscription based services the subscription is by default set to auto renew. We do send out renewal notices as well to give clients ample time to cancel their account. Our goal is to always provide the best service but as a business we do have policies that we need to abide by. We try our best to help clients manage their accounts and we're always happy to help. -The DFC Team
I didn't know that I had signed up for this service and was charged an annual fee without my knowledge. When contacting customer service explaining the day I got charged that this was a mistake, they refused to give me a refund. Customer service is lacking the help they need for their customers.

We do send out renewal notices as well to give clients ample time to cancel their account. Looking at your ticket it looks like we offered multiple solutions but all were rejected. We're sorry we could not reach a compromise. -The DFC Team
As many others are saying..... Dollar Flight Club do not send reminders about billing and I was charged again without notice. I contacted several people at DFC to ask for a refund as I am in an unexpected financial hardship and was outright refused and ridiculed for not keeping up with my subscriptions. Horrible customer service. They should be ashamed. I recently had a similiar situation with the company PureFlix and contacted them and they easily gave me an immediate refund. THAT is how you keep customers! I will forever recommend and go back to Pureflix but I will NEVER again subscribe to Dollar Flight Club and be sure to let everyone know.

First, the good: I do receive emails from the Dollar Flight Club on daily specials. I am a premium subscriber. Bad: 1. The Dollar Flight Club is unreachable. - On their website, the message center is disabled but states "we reply within an hour". Fbook Messenger confirms, however, they got my message. 2. When I signed up, I wanted to change email the same day (just to isolate the specifically the ones I receive for travel), in my profile this option is not available. I have sent 2 emails weeks apart to request this change, but after months there is no answer to either one. 3. The company's phone number on their website and at the Better Business Bureau, (856) 617-8422, hangs up without ringing or busy. 4. 3 months after signing up at login, the site did not take my pw, although I saved it on the browser and noted in my files. I have tried to reset the pw, but no verification email arrived. (it is not in junk folder either) UPDATE I managed to connect via Messenger, and Melanie was kind enough to remedy my concerns. It would be great to update the website as well for DFC communication/help preferences.

They re-billed my accunt without my permission. They said they sent an email prior, however that was a lie. Don't sign up for this service. This is close to complete fraud and a scan.

Hi there! We're sorry you're experiencing an issue. Like most subscription based services, accounts are set to auto renew for the convenience of the customer. We do our best to make it as obvious as possible that this is an annual membership such as confirming on sign up, sending a welcome email that confirms this, as well as sending renewal notices before the renewal. Unfortunately we cannot assume on behalf of the client which is why the client needs to manage the account to avoid being charged. We're sorry for any trouble you experienced. -The DFC Team
