Love the moisture and definition I get with the products

I ordered my products on the 23rd of February 2023 it is still sitting in Suwanee GA since February 24 2023 I keep sending emails to dollar curl club and no one is replying back I've sent emails 3 times no response my feelings is hurt cause I was really excited about trying the products at this point I just want my money back

I have reached out on the website and thru social media. I placed an order on 1/26/23. I have not received my order. It was a pre-order to be shipped 2 weeks from the date of purchase. I've been charged but have not received my order. I have also received no response to my inquiries. At this point I just want a refund.

I have combinational hair has a lot to do with my DNA but otherwise the product is pretty great. It would be nice to run into a cream that really just curled my your hair and not have it stiff. Other than that your other products are pretty good, but my hair is used to gel

TRIED MANETAIN SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER. IT TANGLED MY HAIR SOOO BAD. HAD TO REWASH WITH WHAT I USUALLY USE. MY HAIR FELT DRY TO THE TOUCH. IF YOU ARE LOW POROSITY AND 4C, don’t try!!!!!
