Jennifer a very experienced support team. I always tell my team if you get Jennifer in support and if it is in her capacity she will find out the problem and fix the issue.

Scam Dollar2host company I purchased from Dollar2Host Reseller web hosting hosting. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues with the quality of service, which has rendered it nearly unusable. The frequent errors and incompatibility with my websites have been a significant inconvenience. not recommended at all Recently, I was charged for a renewal that I did not authorize. It appears that the renewal was processed automatically without my explicit consent, resulting in a $264 charge to my account. I contacted your support team the following day to request a refund, but was informed that I am not eligible due to my status as a returning customer. They said it was set on Auto renewal, which i cant see this button ? and i never clicked on Renewal button in the first place ?, it must be set by default to charge you Despite several attempts to resolve this matter via email, my request for a refund has been consistently denied. I am deeply disappointed by this response and feel that I have been unfairly charged for a service that does not meet my needs. and very poor servers. I urge you to reconsider my request and process a refund for the $264 charged to my account. and never refunded me because of exciting customer policy ????????????????????????????????? what this taken money under there policies Mohammad 00447936677851 UK Date of experience: June 20, 2024
