I love Dog Watch because it has kept my pets safe for many years. This includes digs and cats. I liked so much I just mived to my new house to keep my three fur babies safe.

Excellent product and customer service.

The whole experience with Dogwatch of Greater Baltimore was frictionless. From getting a quote to scheduling an installation, the staff was quick to respond and accommodating of our schedule. The installation was carried out professionally within a few hours for a property over 1.2 acres. Before and after the install, we were provided with detailed explanations of how exactly the system worked, the pros and cons of the various installation options available given the property layout, detailed operating instructions, and a thorough explanatory training session with our dog. They were also great about follow up contact, making sure that training was going well and that there were no issues with the installed system. It took a few attempts at calibrating the "correction-level" on the collar to finally discourage our escape artist from running off whenever given the chance, but he now enjoys the leash-free run of the yard, and is properly halted in his tracks by the presence of the warning flags.

Working with dogwatch was so easy, we had someone come to the house, tell us all we needed to know and then soon after came back to install. The installation took less than two hours and then had a short training session. If you do what they say, you will have no issues. We now are able to let our dogs out without supervision and without worry, even though we live next to a busy road. There is no price you can put on peace of mind, but the price was also very reasonable, highly recommend.

Life Changing! I wish we'd gotten the hidden fence a lot sooner. Our dogs are so happy having the entire yard to run in.
