They were excellent and solved our dog problem.

I would highly recommend DogWatch of Northern Indiana to anyone looking at pet fences. Installation was very quick. Their customer service was excellent. Our installer and trainer James, made sure that we were comfortable with the training process. He was very knowledgeable on the product and answered all of our questions. The knowledge transfer on the product equipment was very thorough and hands on, which was great! I would purchase a pet fence from DogWatch of Northern Indiana again without hesitation.

Product was less expensive than its well-known competitor. The service person answered all our questions before purchasing and during installation. In addition, he provided tips that helped us quite a bit. Our dog learned well in the timeframe expected, and it was literally a game-changer for her. (We had had reservations that she would comply with the system.) She is also more well-behaved overall. 100% happy so far!
