Shaun Petruk was extremely helpful in helping me set up a warranty repair when I could not locate my receipt. Excellent customer service

I emailed their customer service line and Shaun called me within just a few minutes of receiving my email. He as helpful and provided solutions to my issue. It's refreshing to get help right away, rather than sitting on hold or waiting days to hear back.

I called Dogtra because I had issues with my device. I've found Dogtra Customer Service to be extremely Professional and very friendly, and a real person answered the phone to my surprise, and I was happy to be able talk to a real person. I sent my device for them to repair, but the costs were almost the same as a new device. I was offered a good deal on a replacement device and ordered a new device. I was very happy and impressed the way Ruby (Customer Service) was able to help me. She understands what Customer Service means. Thank you Ruby.

My call was answered immediately. I had questions about an ecollar that was not holding charge. Shaun was helpful in finding a replacement for my current system that is no longer in production and that is not the appropriate size for my new dog. I was also advised that I qualified for a discount and how to order and receive it. Professional and speedy service.

I called because I wanted to replace my 10+ year old Dogtra collar. I knew that that I wanted the Edge RT transmitter but was not certain with which receiver I wanted to pair it. Shaun answered all of my questions and guided me to the receiver he felt would best serve my needs. He then emailed me links to the two items. He further encouraged me to call back once my items arrived so he could walk me through the pairing of the two devices. I was impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness.
