First would like to state the GPS Fence collar is a great product. Second I have to give a big shout out to Shaun,Brandon and all the customer service people. After warranty work, I got the collar back and couldn't get the app to work. I was walked through the process to get it working right. Can't thank you guys enough.

I have dealt with Shaun Petruk now for several years and he is amazing and knowledgable. Whether it’s a "why is my remote not working?" Question or I have another dog I need to add a remote - or even I broke something, how can we fix it? Shaun immediately responds and has been spot on every time. Also, I love this company in general. I have used them since 2006 with my first Great Dane and have no intention of not using them in the future. I highly recommend him and this company!
