Needed new batteries for E collar and remote, as well as a new belt clip. Dogtra had everything in stock and got them to me quickly. The only room I can recommend for them to improve is sending out a confirmation that it has shipped so the customer can at least watch for it to be delivered.

Great service by Dogtra. Paid to ship USPS priority. The receipt I received stated the tracking number was provided. There wasn't any tracking number provided. My only complaint. Thanks.

Can't give it 5 stars yet because I just got it and it hasn't seen the field yet. Upon opening I really liked how well built it felt and how slim it is. Good collar for the transmitter. Easy operating and ideally enjoy the bag thay came with them. I was a little nervous about the collar fitting my female because of her small size, 42lb lab, but it for very good and still have room to adjust. Also fits my male lab, 84lb with a huge neck. The only thing I can see so far that could make it better is if there was a switch to keep the LCD screen on at all times so you can see the level. Very happy so far and can't wait to get it on my dogs in the field.

I can work two dogs on the same training remote. Works well and both dogs respond. So far I’ve only been using the vibration setting and haven’t needed to step up to shock yet.

Site and products are great, but wish they'd do better on shipping prices. I needed a $25 charger and had to spend 1/3 more $8, on shipping.

couldnt get the 'add to cart' button to work from home computer, but then tried it from my office computer, and it worked fine.

Pretty simple shopping experience. Just wish the website was a bit more descriptive to aid in selecting items.
