Had difficulty navigating web site. Seemed like I had to keep repeating required info and then had difficulty looking at what I had just ordered.

It works, could be more intuitive and not make you start all over once you add an item to the cart.

I'm a professional spaniel trainer. I train and campaign AKC field trial dogs. I have used your products exclusively for years. My training collar is a 1900. The older versions were really good-- held a charge well and correction levels were consistent thruout the life collar. I have had problems though with the new 1900S. 2 collars in a row. Trouble with the control knob( inconsistent or no correction) and trouble with the collar holding a charge. I have just purchased 3 of your plastic conductor bark collars. I noticed right off they need to be turned up and cinched up pretty tight to be effective... we'll see-- Thanks. Lynn Miller

Useful product info and videos but could benefit from a link to the owners manuals

The 5.5 splitter only had one picture, which made it impossible to confirm that it was compatible with the charger I was buying - so I had to call CS. Then, at checkout there was a note saying orders would ship out the next business day, which was disappointing. A second call revealed it would actually be shipped today. I'm paying $60 for things that likely cost you guys $15 or so - for that amount of markup I would have expected a little more.
