Easy to use site and excellent products

My husband got the 282C to help with correcting our dog's barking and we couldn't be happier. Giving 4* instead of 5* because I think they can do better by replying to emails faster. Great experience overall!

I haven't needed any assistance other than ordering different prongs as the standard 5/8 prong wasn't long enough for my growing German Shepherd puppy. Part of the problem may be the collar material being to stiff and thin and the buckle fastener is hard to take off and move and put back in same whole.

Website wasn't the best for finding the replacement part I needed, but ordering was easy and delivery was quick.

Made an order.Order was sent in a reasonable time.Whats not to like
