Ordered battery for transmitter for my training collar. The battery connection was busted so had to contact customer service to replace. I sent them pictures and they sent me a brand new battery at no cost. Customer service was very good!

We have had a Dogtra training collar for our first dog. Just added another to the pack, so we needed another collar that could work with the first one. The staff at Dogtra were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in getting exactly what we needed. Can’t wait to receive the new 282C.

Dogtra has to get their shipping costs under control. The $200 free shipping level is a good start, but still not competitive, especially for customers on the dealer level.
