My only issue is the size. The website offers possible size matches based on breed and the actual size is hard to find. So I ordered based on breed and it was big on my dog. I emailed support and received a response asking for measurement of the dog’s chest and that was it- no more responses. I paid full price and after that it became half off so I asked for the correct size to be sent without charge and I would pay for shipping but I received 0 reply. Now I have an overpriced harness that is too big.

As I said previously, the overall quality of the harness build is not bad. However, it does NOT work as advertised. It does not turn your dog around when pulled. It merely rotates on the dog's back and becomes uncomfortable, tangling the leash between his legs. It works much better when attached as a normal harness using the rear d-ring. Customer service is BAD. They replied immediately to my complaint, promising to take care of it, but never replied again. You can buy better for less elsewhere.

While the harness seemed to be fine, the fit was wrong, although I followed the size suggestions on the website. In trying to get an exchange or refund, I have been getting the runaround for weeks. No one gets back to me, the person handling these issues ("Kisha") does not return emails and their promises of refunds is clearly empty. So sad. I had high hopes for this one.

Well I got the product and bought 2 for both my dogs and the dogs are the identical size. When I recived them, one adjustment strap was about 2 inches longer so I contacted them and they told me to take pics and I sent them and have contacted them 3 times for a follow up response and no answer. People need to know this> I am very disappointed at the lack of follow up. Don't waste your time buying this

First, they do not have a customer service phone number. I ordered an XS then the nex day I decided to size up to a small. My order did not ship yet, but I was told it was too late to change it. I did not personalize the harness. I did receive the harness and it seemed to be a good quality. I also ordered the leash. The harness did not fit right. When I used the D ring on the front it made the vest move crooked. The leash was of a good quality, but short and it has a weird clasp that was hard to use. I decided to return them. However, that's when I received the run around. I asked if they could please provide me with instructions for the return ( like an address to send it back to.) I wrote about 7-8 emails asking for the address. First they offered me 50 percent refund to avoid a return and for me to save money on postage. I declined. In two days they never responded giving me a place where it can be returned. I received lots of messages saying they are sorry it did not live up to my expectations and to tell them what I didn't like about it. They always skirted around the question of what was their US address. I do not recommend buying from them! As in my case you run into the risk of dealing with this issue. I ended up contacting my credit card company asking them to file a dispute.

I use the clip on the front bc she pulls and when I pull her over to me the valcrow. Comes undone. Dont like it.

I ordered a size small, based on my dogs measurements. The velcro that holds the center clip in place would not hold so I had to use duck tape to try and keep it from slipping. The harness itself pulls to the side if you have a dog that pulls (that's why I purchased it). When she pulled her leg would come out of the harness almost removing itself. The name tags are velcro patches not embroidered onto the harness itself. If it had fit at all it would have probably helped, but the back would rise up and it was not only useless on walks but posed hazards. Extremely disappointed.

This no pull harness is not good for my shih tzu. He got in front of me and turned to face me. He then proceeded to pull walking backwards away from me. Also, the stretch leash is way too heavy for a shih tzu.
