I ordered my earrings 2 months ago and still haven’t received my purchase yet. I would not recommend them right now.

Beware the facebook ads and be very careful what you believe you are ordering. What looks like other pet portrait type sites - no - pay $20 for an email image. Not what was expected at all although I do accept the information was there if you look closely enough.

Hi Justine, Thank you for your review. We absolutely do sell pet canvases like other pet potrait sites however that is not what you ordered. All of our products are appropriately titled and have detailed descriptions on every single product page, not in small print hidden somewhere like you appear to be insinuating. We are sorry that you felt you were receiving a canvas for 19.95, however it was clearly indicated in the product title and description on the very page that you ordered from that this was not a canvas. Our canvases start at 59.95. Our digital portraits are an extremely popular option for customers that would like a cost effective option and prefer to print themselves and for 19.95 are a very fair price for the quality of work provided by our graphic artists. We could not sell canvases for that price, as after the cost of materials, shipping and the time of our graphic artists this would not even cover our costs. If you would like to order a canvas, please feel free to reach out to us and we would be more than happy to provide you with a discount.
Product took a few weeks to be dispatched. Final product looked amateurish. No effort made to blend the head in to the picture properly. Picture wasn't centered. A lot of it wrapped around the block mount. Really disappointing as i was looking forward to giving it as the perfect gift. Would have got 1 star but the customer service was responsive while i was looking for my parcel

Hi Matt, Thank you for your review. Your order was actually dispatched 9 business days after your ordered, not several weeks after. In terms of some of the print being wrapped on the side, this is because our canvases are canvas wraps and are wrapped around a frame, this is indicated on every product page. What you are describing about an issue with the blending on your design is certainly not what I am seeing on what was submitted to production, so I would be very curious to see what you received and apologize if there was an issue during production. We would be more than happy to make things right for you if you could show us what the issue was. It looks like Joy and Mary have already had some cordial conversation with you on email and have offered to assist you but have yet to receive a response.
