Kara and Anne are amazing. I'm a NY times and Amazon best selling author ( I included that information to demonstrate my standards are high) DocuCopies are the ONLY way to go: The customer service, patience, attention to detail, turn around time, and you should see how well they pack your order! thank you.

WOWZA!! You guys did a fabulous job! I had six copies of a cookbook printed for my sister. My first thought when I opened the box was, "My sister will forever have her recipes to hand down to her grandkids. No reason for them to fight over it because we ordered six of them. 😊 Don't tell her I took one for myself... she'll still have five to hand down!" 🥹🤗🥳🎉 The books are absolutely beautiful. What impressed me just as much was the customer service. I accidentally selected the wrong print option, and someone caught it right away before printing and contacted me so I could correct it. I really appreciated that extra attention to detail. The books arrived quickly, were packaged beautifully, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Thank you, DocuCopies, for helping me create something so meaningful for my sister. I highly recommend DocuCopies and will absolutely use them again.

A superb job printing of our New York City building's newsletter. Everything from the initial submission, delivery updates, and quality are highly professional.

My client was desperate to have advance copies of her book quickly for a trip. Just when she thought she'd have to go to a local copy shop, we found DocuCopies and decided to try them. The experience was great. Uploading was easy, they were right on time, and the quality was better than expected.

I originally had small manual put together by Staples but it was pretty flimsy and cheap (only $6.00) so I ordered one off docucopies and it was $148.00 So I assumed it would be MUCH BETTER quality than the Staples product. I WAS WRONG, It was EXACTLY LIKE THE STAPLES BOOKLET, I'm amazed they charged so much for so little so BACK TO STAPLES I GO.

I've ordered from DocuCopies for years, everything is always great. This time there was an issue with the order, THAT is why I'm leaving them 5 stars. I alerted the service team and they (Jeff) jumped on it right away, confirmed there was an issue, fixed it, and expedited both the reprint and delivery, seamlessly to me.

I could not have been more impressed with DocuCopies. I found them when I was looking for a service to print and bind several copies of a family cookbook for Christmas. Not only were they far more reasonable than Staples or OfficeMax, their customer service was amazing! Within hours of submitting my document, I had an email from Kara with a draft of my final product and clarifying a choice I’d made in error that would have increased my final price. We exchanged several emails back and forth to clarify options. That led to my approval of a document that both met my initial quote, and made me feel much more comfortable that the final product would meet my expectations. Their free shipping option arrived in exactly the time frame quoted, and I’m so happy with what I received.

What a GREAT experience we had with DocuCopies! They printed a 30-page Pictorial Church Directory for us and it came out SUPERB! Chaz walked me thru the order process (so I'd make the best decisions on paper, binding options, lamination, etc.) And the price was very affordable - better than I had anticipated. We absolutely couldn't be more pleased with the results. DocuCopies will be our first stop for all such needs in the future.
