Malísimas las traducciones, además en teoría una traducción gratis, y luego por 10 meses me hicieron cargos en la tarjeta, lamentablemente me di cuenta recién hoy.

They couldn't translate my document. Which is fine. I asked for a refund (it was only 2.00) and they refused. But then they billed me for another month. And they refuse to credit my bank. I have contacted them numerous times and they refuse to do anything.
