Am writing this review because of Alan, I ordered a shipment which I waited for days and I didn’t hear anything back, I called and texted but no response and the next message I got says shipment delivered which isn’t true. I was so confused and disappointed so I decided to send an email to the support team and this Alan surfaced and started helping me, this person is so helpful, prompt, answered all my questions and lead me to the right path, I will forever be grateful because if not for him, I don’t even know how I would have solved this since no one ever picks their customer service number. Thank you Alan I really appreciate you

I’m not certain whats going on with this company just yet. so far I’ve been unsuccessful when it comes to actually speaking to someone verbally.I call and they text me back instead of answering the phone .I placed my order 4 days ago and can never get a accurate date on when my prescription will be shipped

Very prompt response to SMS chat, which was integrated into the same number used for phone calls. Alex was great as solving my issue. I had received the medications in less than 5 days after ordering but my office did to mention this to me. Alex promptly gave me the tracking # which allowed me to confirm delivery and then have my office search for the package and find it
