Wrong item was sent. When I returned to the web site the item I ordered is now sold out I own several of these for my Galaxy Note 10+. The one sent is clearly smaller even though I ordered the correct one. This would have been my 4th in 5 years. The entry gets worn over time.

Hi Nick! Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry for the trouble you've experienced with your sleeve. It appears that you purchased a Galaxy S10+ sleeve, which would be slightly too small for your Galaxy Note 10+. We apologize for this inconvenience! The sleeve you purchased was an older model that was set to be discontinued, which would explain the reason it sold out after purchasing. We've issued you a refund as an apology for the trouble. We hope that helps! Best, Dayton, Dockem Support
